It’s not every day that a new resort becomes available to book at Walt Disney World resort Orlando! I figured it was newsworthy enough to warrant a non-food post.  Here’s the scoop! Starting TODAY you can book your vacation at the beautiful new Art of Animation Resort. It’s a value resort in the same vein as Pop Century, All-Star Sports, and All-Star Music, so it won’t break the bank for your family to stay there. But as Disney is wont to do, they’ve improved on the spaces over the older value resorts, with the addition of spacious family suites that can accommodate up to 6 guests! And the whole space is bright, colorful, and filled with animation.

There are four wings each based on a popular film. All are currently available to reserve, and opening on the following schedule:

• “Finding Nemo” (Grand opening) – Opens May 31
• “Cars” – Opens June 18
• “Lion King” – Opens August 10
• “Little Mermaid” – Opens September 15
